Ireland End to End: Day 6 Clifden to Westport

Mark, our tour guide ranked today's ride as the top 3 he had ridden. It  didn't disappoint!

It was an awesome ride but quite a challenge with a head wind for much of the cycle. And our toughest hill so far with a gradient up to 13%

For the toughest c!imb, Peak Tours had kindly arranged a Brew stop before we reached the summit. Fully refreshed, it offered the final opportunity for a photo of the magnificent vista before completing the climb and a long downhill descent towards our final destination of Westport

Perhaps the sun got to Graham, our friend from Canada, who tried out an alternative form of exercise

And were our eyes tricking us - Nessie in Ireland!!
